Zorana Brankovic is Head of Multi-channel in Banca Intesa Belgrade. Born in Backa Palanka and graduated from Faculty of Organizational Sciences. She has over 16 years of experience in digital banking and is one of the pioneers of e-banking in Serbia. Spent first 12 years of banking experience in IT and during that time successfully led numerous projects in digital banking area. She introduced first Mobile banking app on Serbian market in 2010 and first Digital wallet in 2016. She has strong IT background and wide business knowledge. She is also a member of e-government association and works actively with other professionals from banking and corporate world on digitalization of Serbia.
